HAPPY NEW YEAR!  I am pleased to report that despite the holiday hectic schedule, eighteen (18) chapters from our US and international chapters took the time to send in their quarterly reports. Mahalo.

QUARTERLY REPORTS FOR EXECUTIVE  BOARD MEETING (4/21/2011) RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED, ESTRELLA BESINGA SYBINSKY, VP for Chapters

Mahalo to all the chapters that responded to the call for quarterly reports. We received twelve reports from our chapters.

Mahalo also to those chapters that shared their views on the issue pertaining to 1) a cooperative Student Fundraising Permanent Endowment Fund Project for 2011 with all the chapters collectively participating and 2) to the Chapter proposal raised earlier that Chapter Reports be changed from the current quarterly to a twice a year reporting.

Quarterly Report from EWCA Alumni Chapters (January 2011)

I am pleased to announce that the number of chapters responding to the call for quarterly reports almost tripled for our January 20-21/ 2011 Executive Board meeting.  Whereas eight  (8) chapters responded back in October 2010, currently twenty chapters sent in their reports.

Quarterly Report from EWCA Alumni Chapters

QUARTERLY REPORTS   October 12, 2010  Revised
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED, ESTRELLA BESINGA SYBINSKY

On September 23, 2010 an email was sent to all the Chapter Leaders for the following purpose:

1)  informing the chapters that the Executive Board will meet on October 13, 2010 and that the quarterly reports from the chapters are needed for that meeting and

2) briefly mentioning the suggested idea regarding a chapter collaborative student fundraising legacy project and soliciting initial input and suggestions from the chapters.

A follow up reminder email that the quarterly reports are due by no later than October 9th was sent by the Alumni office.
