The EWCA Beijing Chapter held a presentation about the East-West Center in late October at China Foreign Affairs University (CFAU), a leading institution affiliated with China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs that provides training for international careers related to diplomacy, business, and law.

EWC alumni Haiming Wen (Associate Professor in Philosophy, Renmin University), Yue Cui (PhD Candidate in China Diplomacy at CFAU), and James Rae (Associate Professor of Government at Sacramento State University and Fulbright Scholar at CFAU) introduced the history and influence of the East-West Center to CFAU students and faculty. Xiaorong Chen (Editor of Chinaculture.org) and other Beijing Chapter alumni leaders and members also joined the discussion.
