Aloha EWC Hawaii Alumni and Associates,

Each year the East-West Center Association Hawaii Chapter holds their Annual Meeting and Fundraiser Dinner. This year it will be held on April 3, 2011 at The Pacific Club. Funds raised from this event will go toward EWC student travel scholarships that enable students to attend professional conference. During the event there will be a bazaar sale and a live auction of Southeast Asian art.

If you would like to donate any of your ethnic items (scarfs, fabrics, crafts, etc.) or personal items (handbags, purses, jewelry, etc.), the Hawaii Chapter would greatly appreciate it. Bazaar item donations usually have a value of $10 to $100. Auction item donations usually have a value of $100 or more.

Please drop off your items at the EWC Alumni Office (1601 East-West Road, Burns Hall room 1060) to Ms. Itsuko Suzuki by Monday, March 14th. If you have any questions, please call 944-7388 or 944-7506.
