There’s still time left to double your gift and help bring deserving students to the East-West Center! When you donate for the first-time or add $100 to your last contribution, the McInerny Foundation will match your gift up to $100 per donor. Gifts must be received by July 31, 2009.

$177,589 has already been raised from 33 alumni & staff who have never donated to the Center or increased their previous gift by $100. The matching portion is $3,170 which is 15% of our $20,000 matching goal. Working together we can help build a peaceful, prosperous and just Asia Pacific region. As you know, the Center’s Congressional appropriation covers about half of our annual budget, including most basic operating costs. This means your contribution goes directly to fund important programs that would not exist without private support. All gifts, large or small, are important, but your participation is most important. It is with the help of private contributions that our student population has grown to encompass 500 students from 50 countries.
