Last month, East-West Wire article went out based on NOAA climate guru Eileen Shea’s keynote address to the EWC International Graduate Student Conference, in which she made the case for “climate mainstreaming” – the idea that the effects of climate change must now be factored into virtually every important policy decision and planning process.
